We are an independent company specialising in the design, manufacturing and installation of luxury bespoke kitchens in and around Surrey.

Started in 2019 by Steve & Tom, best friends of over 25 years, who grew up in Farnham. Both with vast experience of the kitchen and construction industry - Tom had previously worked for some of the leading manufacturers and suppliers in the KBB industry, and Steve was a property developer with extensive knowledge and experience of not only designing and fitting kitchens, but also undertaking and managing whole house renovations and extensions.

Over the years, we had seen pretty much every type of kitchen there is and experienced the good, and not so good. This ignited endless conversations about the quality of kitchens available on the market, and how we could do better ourselves.
After years of gradual and extensive research into all aspects of manufacturing (including sourcing the finest materials, learning the most sturdy and reliable cabinet construction methods, and finding the very best cabinet makers for our installations), we soon realised that this dream we had fantasised about for years was actually within reach.
We found we could supply a far better quality kitchen than available in the market using superior materials for the same price as our competitors, if not cheaper, and as such Ella Austin Kitchens was born.

During the early stages of establishing the company, Tom decided to take a step back and continue his role with his existing employer in the industry, but was instrumental in building the foundations of what Ella Austin is today.

So, who is Ella Austin?

Ella is Steve’s eldest daughter, Austin is Tom’s eldest son. When clients phone up asking to speak to Ella, there’s a reason we don’t tend to put you through!

Whilst we’re not strictly a family business, we run the business on the same principles, and we continually strive to provide not only the finest products on the market, but also deliver superior customer service for the complete shopping experience. Other family members are involved behind the scenes and help out with their vital experience in marketing, interior design and photography, whilst adding that all important female finesse to everything we do!
