  • I couldn't be happier with my incredible new kitchen. Their friendly, knowledgeable team made a daunting process both simple and enjoyable. From the start I was put in contact with Dan who managed the entire project from the initial prep works - plumbing, electrics, plastering, decorating ect to the kitchen install, so that I was able to continue working throughout the process. The team talked me through the hundreds of products and designs available and helped me find the best options for my budget. The final design surpassed what I imagined possible. The finished kitchen looks incredible and suits my needs entirely. The quality of cabinetry and finish are superb, the workmanship of the install first class. Thank you Steve and your entire team.

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. I spent months looking for the right solution for our home. We had a loose idea what we wanted but just could find the right solution until I stubbled across Ella Austin because I'd seen another stunning design they had delivered on instagram. I had a good feeling from the very first conversation I had with Max, which was reenforced the second we set foot in their showroom and experienced the quality of what they deliver. The team have been fantastic throughout, always going above and beyond and the end result is a stunning kitchen that we honestly couldn't be happier with.   • It was a very good experience from our first visit to the Ella Austin showroom to the final sign off of our beautiful new kitchen. Steve and his team were very professional and friendly. He offered useful tips and guidance during the design process and did his best to accommodate for all our wishes. Communication was excellent during the whole project. All jobs were completed within agreed time schedule and to a very high standard. I would definitively go back to them with another project.

  • Steve and his team guided us through the process from start to finish with an end result of a spectacular kitchen of the highest quality. The design process was meticulous in every aspect. Understandably there were changes to the scope which Steve dealt with the utmost professionalism. The process was not sales driven but design driven and Steve kept our objectives firmly in his view and offered suggestions accordingly. The construction was to schedule and to the highest standards. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were always more than happy to answer any questions and make sure our needs were covered. To be completely honest, we did not shop around for quotes. We were going to but genuinely felt that the service we were getting was worth every penny. Clearly, Ella Austin gets 5 stars and an unreserved recommendation.
