Steve instantly came up with ideas to accommodate the space we already had, without suggesting expensive movement of windows, walls etc. He listened to us and understood our desire to keep the authenticity of our cottage. He appreciated the budget we had, worked within that and was never ‘pushy’. The whole team involved from design to implementation were professional and extremely approachable – nothing was too much trouble. Having the opportunity to use VR headset of kitchen designs was really helpful.
