We’re often asked if we just do kitchens......absolutely not! We completed this huge utility/laundry room, practical boot room, with an envious walk-in pantry also thrown into the mix!
We needed to create a large functional “engine room” next to the large 1909 kitchen for all the daily no-frills jobs and tasks, but also being positioned perfectly in-between the kitchen and double garage entrance we utilised this enviable space and created a double-zoned utility & boot room, with added adjoining walk-in pantry.

Featuring a traditional style boot room with oak bench seating area, with tall coat storage either side, tongue & groove back panels, lower open shoe storage and top shelf with classic corbel brackets.
The huge utility area with freestanding Bosch laundry appliances has ample space for even the busiest family life, and the integrated basket storage makes sorting the laundry a breeze.
We matched the same Lucern Lake quartz worktops as the kitchen but went with 20mm thick to not only give an updated modern appearance but also to help keep in-line with budget constraints. This hard-wearing worksurface paired with the single undermounted ceramic sink and professional rinse tap is perfect for cleaning dirty boots after a long walk in the nearby woods.
Stepping back towards the kitchen entrance we designed a huge walk-in pantry for storing all types of dry foods, large freestanding worktop appliances (with double sockets so these can be used inside the pantry), lesser used dishes and serving platters, but also matching quartz worksurfaces for preparing salads and other dishes out of sight inside the pantry itself.
