This striking kitchen was designed using our exclusive Newbridge in-frame shaker range, blending traditional craftsmanship with a more relaxed, contemporary layout.
The perimeter cabinetry is finished in a colour matched Little Greene Slaked Lime Mid, creating a soft, understated backdrop, while the island introduces depth and contrast in Heritage Green from our standard colour palette. Together, the colour scheme feels warm, balanced and effortlessly timeless.
A key design decision was to keep the main run at base level only, allowing the beautiful exposed brick wall behind to become a central feature. This approach creates a strong sense of openness and gives the space a more architectural feel, moving away from a more conventional wall cabinet layout.

The huge island sits at the heart of the room, both visually and functionally, with integrated appliances and open shelving adding a more informal, lived-in touch.
Worktops were carefully considered to define each zone, with CQ Calacatta Dorato quartz across the perimeter for a clean, elegant finish, and concrete-style Dekton Kreta on the island to introduce a subtle contrast and enhanced durability.
Details throughout elevate the design. Armac Martin aged brass Bakes handles bring warmth and tactility, while the large Shaws Bradshaw ceramic sink creates a focal point along the main run, paired with a Quooker Flex tap in black for a more contemporary edge.
Appliances include Neff Collection ovens, a Bora M Pure vented hob on the island, and a Bosch freestanding fridge freezer, all seamlessly integrated to maintain a clean and uncluttered aesthetic.
The result is a kitchen that feels open, considered and highly individual — balancing classic in-frame detailing with a more relaxed and modern way of living.
